How to Password Protect Your MS Office Files

Now you can password protect the MS Office Files like Word, PPT, Excel, etc without using any Software.

Steps to Password Protect your MS Office Files:-

  • Open the Word File that you want to Protect.
  • Click on File => Info .

  • Click on Protect Document => Encrypt with Password.

  • Now enter the password two times and click on OK

  • Now Open that file and it will ask for the password for accessing it.
